Prof. B. C. Panday is a global scholar-practitioner, humanitarian leader, and visionary innovator working at the intersection of peacebuilding, ethical artificial intelligence, global governance, and human development. As the Founder and President of the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada, he leads international initiatives that integrate education, wellness, technology, and policy to promote sustainable peace, ethical leadership, and inclusive global progress. Under his leadership, UHF Canada has evolved as a humanitarian platform focused on human security, mental wellbeing, social cohesion, and community resilience, aligned with global development frameworks. His work emphasizes the connection between inner transformation and societal progress, bringing together principles from behavioral science, spirituality, and public policy. As the Founder of UGI Canada, Panday has developed an AI-integrated global education and professional development ecosystem, offering CPD Dual International Accredited programs in areas such as ethical AI governance, digital transformation, cybersecurity, leadership, and humanitarian innovation. UGI Canada serves as a collaborative platform connecting universities, policymakers, researchers, and global institutions through its UGAPâ„¢ (UHF Global Affiliated Partnership) ecosystem, enabling international learning, research, and innovation exchange. He is also the Founder of TG AI Canada, a next-generation initiative focused on AI-driven strategic solutions, including intelligent systems for disaster management, communication governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Through TG AI Canada, Panday promotes responsible and ethical AI applications that support public safety, policy innovation, and national resilience. In addition, Panday leads CHC Hi-Tech Solution Canada, which specializes in advanced digital infrastructure, smart systems integration, and technology-enabled solutions supporting education, healthcare, governance, and enterprise development. His interdisciplinary work bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, combining insights from neuroscience, psychology, governance systems, and ethical technology frameworks. He actively collaborates with international partners across Canada, Europe, Asia, and global institutions to advance policy-aligned, research-driven initiatives that promote human dignity, cross-cultural understanding, and sustainable innovation. Barrister Teasmiea R Patel Chief Governance & Legal Strategy Adviser – President’s Office Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada TrainEX Global AI Canada CHC Hi-Tech Solutions Canada President Bio-Cybersecurity & International Governance (BiG) Clinic Foundation Barrister Teasmiea Rahman Patel is an internationally experienced legal professional, governance specialist, and humanitarian legal advisor with over 15 years of experience in the legal field, including active legal practice in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. Her work focuses on ethical governance, artificial intelligence regulation, cybersecurity law, human rights, and international compliance in rapidly evolving digital and humanitarian contexts. She currently serves as Chief Global Legal Advisor to the Universal Humanity Foundation (UHF) Canada and its global ecosystem, including the Universal Global Institute (UGI) Canada and the UHF Global Affiliated Partnership (UGAP™). In this capacity, she provides strategic legal oversight, governance design, and compliance guidance across UHF’s international programs, partnerships, and CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited initiatives. Barrister Patel is also the Chief Executive Officer of BioCybersecurity & International Governance (BIG), a nonprofit, federally registered legal clinic operating on a pro bono basis under the UHF Canada framework. BIG serves as a global platform for legal guidance on AI governance, bio-cybersecurity, digital safety, data protection, and international regulatory alignment, supporting institutions, innovators, educators, and humanitarian actors worldwide.
Bohdan Kyslenko is the Volunteer Secretary General of UHF Canada, where he leads global community outreach, youth engagement, and humanitarian initiatives. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a focus on psychosocial resilience, he integrates mental health awareness into community-based service. Bohdan leverages his background in business management and digital coordination to manage the logistics and operational efficiency of CPD–UGAP™ dual-accredited international congresses and summits. A disciplined and adaptable leader, he is dedicated to advancing human-centered development and global peace through structured, high-impact educational forums.
