Instead, it works alongside accredited institutions and professional bodies to support CPD-UGAP™ Dual Accredited international programs, global congresses, strategic summits, and learning pathways aligned with UN principles, OECD guidance, and public-interest governance standards.
UGI Canada operates within a robust governance framework overseen by UHF Canada and supported by the Bio Cyber Security & International Governance (BiG) Legal Clinic Foundation, a nonprofit, pro bono legal and governance platform. BiG provides ethical, legal, and compliance guidance across AI governance, cybersecurity, digital safety, data protection, and international regulatory alignment—strengthening institutional confidence and risk mitigation across jurisdictions.
