Sahadeb K. Das serves as the Director of Estate, IT & Operations for UHF and UGI Canada under the organization’s nonprofit leadership framework. With a strong foundation in engineering and operational management, he plays a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of UHF/UGI facilities, administrative workflows, and operational systems that sustain programs across Canada and internationally. His commitment to transparency, compassion, and responsible service reflects the core values that guide the UHF mission.
In this role, he assists in planning and coordinating day-to-day IT, Admin & Finance operations, overseeing estate and facility management, and ensuring that organizational processes remain aligned with UHF’s humanitarian, educational, and global development objectives. He also contributes to technology-enabled operations, supporting the effective delivery of UGI’s digital learning initiatives and UHF’s broader peacebuilding and wellness programs.

As the Legal Advisor & Global Peace Coordinator for the Universal Hamunity Foundation (UHF) Canada, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s initiatives align with legal frameworks while promoting international peacebuilding efforts.

Prof. Amitava Bose is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and educator with deep expertise in business analytics, cybersecurity, and organizational strategy. He holds an MS in Business Analytics and an MBA from Texas A&M University–Commerce, bringing a powerful integration of data-driven decision-making, technological insight, and strategic foresight to his leadership roles in UGI Canada and UHF Canada. With more than a decade of distinguished academic experience, he has contributed extensively to curriculum innovation, accreditation standards, applied research, and the adoption of emerging technologies in higher education.
As Head of UGI Canada, Prof. Bose oversees institutional governance, strategic development, and global program architecture. He leads academic planning, faculty development, and international educational collaborations, ensuring UGI Canada aligns with internationally recognized accreditation frameworks and CPD standards. His leadership advances UGI’s mission of offering globally respected, accessible, and future-centered learning pathways.
In his role as Senior Vice President of UHF Canada, he supports the design and implementation of universal learning models, research initiatives, and educational policies that strengthen UHF’s humanitarian, peacebuilding, and sustainable development mandate.
